Hello, I'm Ashley!

I've owned and operated Ashley Marie Photography for over five years. I'm based in Carroll County, Maryland. I have a huge heart, a deep love for my family, a passion for photography and spoil my animals to a fault. Caffeine is my love language ;)

 

When it comes to my passion, it blossomed from a vivid dream I had. I woke up and felt a strong drive to learn the art of photography. Through mentors, practice and A LOT of self-taught skills, I've mastered my art and built a trusted business. Over the years though I have finally found my niche! I'm the mama of three beautiful children (2 boys & 1 girl). The desire to start shooting more maternity, birth, newborn, & families ultimately stems from immense guilt & regret. Due to pregnancy hormones, lack of knowledge and energy, & most importantly confidence while pregnant myself, I never documented the most sacred moments as a mother & parent. Since I've stood in your shoes, I want my purpose to create what I had wished for myself! You deserve the photos!!

 

I could've never imagined a dream would turn into a thriving business and career. I have to thank my family & friends who inspire me, and all the families who've trusted their most special moments with me.​
